We manage real estate transactions for agents and keep clients informed throughout the process. We update you, the lender, title company, your client and the agent you are working with throughout the entire process. Because we value service, we do not use AI -- everything is done via personalized telephone calls and emails.
How do agents benefit?
We ensure that timelines are not missed and that customer satisfaction is 100%. At Encore, we remove everything from your plate after execution not only to ensure repeat business and referrals, but so that you can enjoy the freedom of not having to worry about the process. For listings, we help your client order photography and enter your listing into the MLS. Your MLS credentials are not necessarily required as we are members of many MLS systems throughout Texas.
What if a deal falls through?
If a deal doesn't go through, the real estate agent pays nothing for our services, ensuring no financial risk.
How do you communicate updates?
We provide updates via telephone, text, and email to keep agents and clients informed throughout the transaction. Everything is done with a human touch to ensure that your transaction with Encore goes smoothly. Simply let your client know that you service with Encore and that we will handle everything from start to finish for them and if anything arises they can give us or you a call. When you start a new file, we will immediately reach out to all parties involved and let you know if we need anything from you. Give us a try!
What documents do you handle?
We complete all necessary documents for the agent's brokerage to ensure timely payment and transaction completion. We also handle all signature's needed via DocuSign. If you have a price amendment or addendum, simply email support@encoretransactions.com and your request will go out in a few hours. For more urgent requests you can call us.
